\u201cCamerata\u201d vocal group was founded in 1986 in Minsk, Belarus. Almost immediately we were recognized worldwide and started regularly participating in international festivals in USA, Canada, Germany, Austria, Norway, Iran, China, Russia \u2026 In 1997-2006 we\u2019ve been holding our own musical festival \u201cCamerata invites friends\u201d. From 2006 till 2017 we\u2019ve been touring and recording 2 albums which have got international recognition. In 2017 we\u2019ve got the status of \u201cHonored ensemble of the Belarusian Republic\u201d . And nowdays we\u2019ve already got 5 recorded studio albums.<\/p>\n
Today \u201cCamerata\u201d is one of the most famous a capella groups in Belarus, Russia and CIS. We perform in several genres: neo-folk, world music and and vocal jazz. Our art mission is to keep Belarusian folk and re-interpretate it with modern arrangements. That the reason why we successfully mix old school vocal with ultramodern sound. In our 100% author’s songs we bring impressive mixture of Slavic motifs, African rhythms, eastern tones and Asian poetry.
